College hosts rodeo at Fort Huachuca

In conjunction with Fort Huachuca FMWR and the Sierra Vista Riding Club, Cochise College will host competitors from colleges and universities in Arizona and other states at the spring NIRA rodeo on March 19 and 20 on Fort Huachuca.

Competition at Wren Arena begins Saturday, March 19. Gates open at 12 p.m and a performance at 1 p.m. It continues Sunday, March 20, with the Exceptional Rodeo at 10:30 a.m. and the championship round at 1 p.m.

Tickets are available at the gate for $10. Active-duty military personnel and kids aged 6 and younger are admitted free. Gate access is required for all attendees. To avoid delays, get your pass early.
