NJCAA Region 1 Semifinals set for this week vs. Central Arizona

DOUGLAS, Ariz. --- The #2-seed Cochise Baseball team will host the #3-seed in the NJCAA Region 1 Semifinals beginning Thursday, May 1st at Bo Hall Field in Douglas, Arizona. This will be the third time the Apaches and Vaqueros will meet, the first being a three-game series at the end of February, in which Cochise took two of three. 

In the series rematch in Casa Grande two weeks ago, CAC swept the Apaches in three games. Cochise and Central Arizona finished the regular season ranked 21st and 22nd in the final NJCAA Division. I rankings. 

Below is the information for the three games, all of which will be livestreamed via the Cochise College Athletics YouTube channel. 

Schedule

Game 1 - Thursday, May 1st (2:00 pm)

Game 2 - Friday, May 2nd (2:00 pm)

Game 3* (if necessary) - Saturday, May 3rd (noon)
